I am James Fleming.  I have worked the last 10 years closely with Real Estate Agents and Investors on their  tax and business issues.   My wife and I have bought our first home 3 years ago and will soon become first time investors.   I have spent many years helping others and now its time for my wife and I to dive in ourselves.
