Hello all,

I have been a long time listener of the podcast and have finally got myself to sign up because I have heard about all the knowledge on this website.  I am really looking to interact with experienced people and gain all the knowledge I can.  I am 25 years old living in the Midwest.  I currently have 15 units that I have gotten of the past 6 years.  I started with single family homes and have recently moved to a few multi units.  I am looking to move out West in and want to continue my Real Estate Interest.  My areas of focus as the moment are Denver/Boulder, Phoenix, & Portland. Looking forward gaining all the knowledge I can here.
