Newbie from NJ looking for Buy and Hold Out-of-state

Hi BiggerPockets

I'm brand new to real estate investing aside from my Primary residence here in NJ. I've been going through through the forums, podcasts and books to learn more, and am excited to connect with this great and helpful community here on Bigger Pockets.

A few markets I've shortlisted are IN, KS-MO and Atlanta  and I'm wondering if these markets are in a good price range at this point in time for 3b/2ba Turnkey cash flowing buy and hold investment  in B neighborhoods with good school districts. And, are there any key areas/ zip codes within these that are highly recommended

Also welcome recommendations on Legal teams, home inspectors

Thanks a ton in advance.

Deric
