I'm an investor from NJ.  I purchased my first buy and hold five years ago and now I'd like to dig my heels into flipping.  I love real estate and everyone needs somewhere to live so it's the smartest investment out here!!!!  I'm ready to follow my passion and make some money and eventually do this full time.
