Hello! My name is Janet Myers. I'm a Florida native and have lived in Florida most of my life. 

I'm pretty new to investing so I'm sure I will be asking lots of questions. I'm beginning my investing with wholesaling to build quick capital, but eventually plan to parlay that into passive income using other strategies such as notes, fix & flip, etc.
