Hi Guys,

I'm a newbie RE investor from Cleveland, OH. I got started investing at the beginning of this year and focus on long term buy and hold rentals only.  I've managed to close 4 deals so far this year (3 Duplexes in 1 Single Family in Solon). All have been financed with 30Y traditional mortgages and are cash flowing decently. I am currently looking to grow my rental portfolio with SF/Duples/MF in Grade B areas. The BP community has been extremely educational for me and I look forward to meeting other like minded people.
