Hi my name is Travis Bruce, new to the forum, working on my first remodel in West Seattle Junction area. It's been great so far, but I'm looking to move things along.  Looking for contacts on who I can work with to put some permit plans together for a full 1000 sq ft basement remodel, only 500 sf of which is currently permitted (re-work ducts, electrical, minor plumbing for bathroom alteration, finishes, egress window etc...)  or advice on the best way to get this done at a reasonable cost.  I have construction and engineering experience but don't have a huge amount of time to do it myself.  Also looking for GC or subs to get bids once I have the plans in hand.

Thanks!
