Hello BiggerPockets!

I am looking to get started in real estate investing after discovering the BP podcast, which I stumbled upon a few months ago.

I'm an airline pilot by trade and have very little real estate experience outside of the two times I've purchased a house for myself. The last buy took some creative financing so I figured that if I was able to pull that off, I 'should' be able to do some SFR deals.

My long term goals, at this point, is passive income with the eventual building of wealth. Short term, I want to aquire two SFR's in the next year using the BRRR method to get my feet wet and then start working on multi-family units.

In the mean time, I'll be making my layovers at work more productive by reading and listening to BP.
