Just starting out in Pittsburgh

Hi all,

I'm brand new to real estate investing and have spent my recent free time getting educated and starting a plan to get involved.  At the moment I rent in Shadyside and work in downtown Pittsburgh.  In the near future I'm set on househacking somewhere in Pittsburgh, likely in a duplex or triplex.  Looking forward to reading up and connecting with the community!
