Newbie from New Jersey & Philadelphia

Hello, my name is Taryn Smith and I am in currently in the process of receiving my New Jersey and Pennsylvania Real Estate license.    My hometown in New Jersey is experiencing a lot of shift in it's community, so I thought I'd hop at the opportunity and get licensed so I can sell in an area that I'm extremely familiar with.  

I spend a lot of my time in Philadelphia, so I figured the dual license would help me and there I would like to learn about commercial Real Estate.  The plan is to secure a decent amount of money to begin investing and eventually flipping houses.
