Can anybody direct me to the best place to find a lease for my rent house? I plan on getting my Real Estate license next year so I will be able to use the leases from the Texas Association of Realtors. I need something in the meantime that will get the job done. Any ideas of where to get a blank lease?

Any advice will help, thanks.
