Hello my name is Derwin Ryant and I am new to real estate investing, wholesaling, etc., but have been in the industry as a property accountant for residential and commercial properties. I am interested in working with cash buyers across Colorado and beyond to help build a steady income and life that I dont need a vacation from. I have no problem doing the necessary leg work to facilitate getting deals! I am also looking forward to learning all I can from those willing to teach.
