I'm originally from Canada and now living in the great city of Denver, CO. I spent several years doing property management in TX only to move on to getting my broker's license.  

Recently, I've been delving into larger, commercial stuff. I just love all that data! 

I've also been learning how to create a niche by selecting a prime sub-market and becoming THE absolute expert in lower cost SFH's. Flipping is just around the corner for me!
