New member John Wood. I am approaching retirement and ready to begin investing in buy and hold properties. I bought and renovated a 1970's home in Richardson, Texas (Dallas suburb), held it for two years and recently took advantage of the very strong seller's market here. I made a great net profit, but certainly understand my good fortune to sell in such a strong market. I am looking for a stream of income from rental properties. Ready to get started, but apprehensive.
