I'm looking to start investing in single family fix-and-flips in Southern California. I am fortunate to have cash resources and relationships with good general contractors. 

I am also a licensed real estate agent in downtown Los Angeles with a focus on buying/selling multifamily & apartments. Eventually, I would like to be able to progress to flipping/holding apartments.
