Hello Bigger Pockets community! 

My name is Jake and I am a 26 year old aspiring real estate investor. I am currently a graduate student in Chicago and getting ready to make my first real estate purchase. I have some experience with real estate, my family has always bought out dated/semi run down properties. We would fixed it up as we lived in it and made a profit once we sold. I am excited to learn from all of you and all the resources on this site!
