For 25 years I've been a commercial appraiser looking at investment grade properties across the country.  I've focused over the years on office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks, and apartment projects.  I am creating a portfolio of properties, starting with smaller multifamily residences.  Next will be commercial properties.
