New in Los Angeles

Hey my name is Matt and I am new to the real estate game. I work at a large bank and am tired of being on the sidelines. I live in Los Angles but am looking at a few properties in Phoenix and Las Vegas. A little nervous about investing out of state, but at the price point I will be able to diversify. Anyone in Vegas or Phoenix that would like to connect? I am also looking for a property manager and an agent for each. Matt
