Interior Designer Investor in Florida

First-time poster, long-time lurker! I'm currently analyzing duplex and triplex properties for my initial investment. Focusing on downtown St Petersburg and surrounding areas, including the beaches along the Gulf Coast - St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira, Redington..

Perhaps you're struggling with material selections, paint colors, or how to maximize a cramped layout, let's talk! I could offer my commercial interior design knowledge in exchange for your input - building a local team of resources, tradespeople, insurance policies, etc. Any advice for a newbie landlord, especially in the beach communities, will be appreciated.
