Hi Everyone, I have been lurking on BP for quite a while but have recently left my full time job and now have the time and energy to truly devote to my real estate investing. I am located in Scottsdale so I will be focusing on Mesa and Phoenix in addition to my area. After lots of research I will be focused on identifying my first flip so I am interested in beginning to network with wholesalers. I have joined the local group AZREIA and am looking forward to meeting folks in person as well. This forum has been invaluable as I have narrowed my focus and everyone's willingness to share is awesome. I look forward to being able to contribute some experience as I move forward and have knowledge to share! Trisa
