I'm a new guy!

I'm new to real estate investing. My wife and I just bought our second home and turned our first home into a rental. I have a full time job working for Uncle Sam and the thought of having additional passive income is great. I have 8 years till retirement and would love to make this more than just part time. I am currently in my research phase. I know what my niche is, buy and hold rentals for now, and I'm figuring out the best strategy to support that.
