Hey guys, 

Just wanted to take a second and introduce myself. I am so excited to jump in the group and start learning. I am a real estate agent in Nashville, Tn and I am ready and excited to learn more about investing and start doing it.  I have been in real estate for almost 3 years and done 0 investments of my own.  I really am looking forward to hopefully changing that and start moving towards my first investment. Thanks again!
