Hi all, 

I recently relocated from the DMV (DC/MD/VA) area to Dallas, TX. After my move, my work commute went from 10min to 40+min each way. So my buddy introduced me to the BP podcast, of which I've gone through the first 20 episodes so far. I'm interested in learning more about RE investing, especially in the DFW region which seems to be rapidly growing.
