Real estate is something that I've always been interested in and wanted to get into. However because there are a lot of elements within the industry the farthest step I took was picking up a book titled "Buy it, Rent it, Profit." Although informational, the main question I had was never answered; how to purchase a property with little to no money. It was recently that a colleague recommended me this podcast and since then I've been a frequent listener during my commutes.

I'm as ground level as it gets when it comes to real estate so I look forward to reading many of your guy's advice, tips and tricks within this industry and eventually become competent like many of you today.
