Hi!

I'm a third-generation REI based in New Kent, Virginia which is located between the cities Richmond and Williamsburg. I'm an alumnus of the Kornblau Real Estate Program at Virginia Commonwealth University ('07).

In July, 2015, I founded Pamunkey Properties LLC to manage and further grow a portfolio of residential rental properties starting with a duplex and SFR property that I inherited from my grandparents. BP's has become an indispensable resource for my business and I'd like to thank you all for your contributions to this community!

I’m currently under contract to purchase my second property (I will have four units total) and hope to close around the first of September. I’ll be posting some number from the deal soon and will link to them here.
