Property Management Newb in Sacramento

Hey everyone! I'm a recent college grad with a management consulting background who recently began working for a property management startup in the Sacramento area. I've been browsing the BP forums for awhile to get a better feel for the industry, but I decided it was time to reach out and network. My main focus is sales and marketing (essentially, finding clients) although I'm also involved in the business aspect. I know BP is primarily geared towards investors, but I hope to make our services better by finding out what you guys look for in property managers and hopefully get tips from a few people in the industry.
