Hello Everyone, 

I am from Maryland and have been talking to a friend alot that has been in the game of buying houses and renting them out. I just bought a house a year ago but dont think I have the equity yet to get a loan on that. Looking for advice or ways to secure cash to begin the investment process. Thanks!
