Hello.  I`m Jim.  My wife and I own two single family rental properties.  Both homes were purchased new in 2005 snd 2007. I work full time and Bridget is a stay at home mom that also manages the properties.  I'm glad to be here.  Look forward to visiting with the community of investors.
