I Need Some Advice!
Hey BP,
My names Drew and I am 20 years old. I currently live in Anchorage, Alaska and have been running my own lawn maintenance company for five summer seasons now. I started the company at 16 with my dads truck for some cash to spend with friends and what not, now it has turned into some sort of financial foundation for my future. I'm ready to take it to the next step and begin funding in real estate with the money I make from it. My question is which step should I take first? I have good credit and have been pulling loans just to repay them back and build my trust with the bank even more. I just want a property I can start with and rent out once I am ready for a newer place. Any suggestions? Thanks
Drew

Hey Drew,
I bought my first investment property at your exact age. I went with a 4 Plex. A couple of years ago I got into the sales side of things to help other people like me reach their investing goals.
Your first step should be to develop a plan. This is something that I do with all of my clients. I'm going to message you so that we can discuss a time to get together so that we can discuss your goals and develop a plan to get there.
