Realtor From Sunny South Florida
Hello From Sunny South Florida ,
I have been a realtor since 2006, helping others become financially set. I have a Master's Degree and I want to learn to become an successful investor. I have been studying the videos and have access to the MLX. I have been in acquisitions for about 3 years, but the group that I'd worked with have sufficient money. I want to research how you purchase property with no money down or with very little money down, wholesaling, and fix and flips. I also want to become familiar with the contracts used for investing. Lastly, I want to know how becoming a realtor/investor may be good or bad, basically because I feel like I am on both side of the fence. I am sort of beginning my journey, and I'm excited to embark on a road that will make me and my family financially stable, no longer living on commissions, self-sufficient, and financially independent.
