Hi!  My husband Richard and I are new to BiggerPockets and just getting started in real estate investing.  After attending several classes we decided to move forward.  We currently own an insurance agency and hoping to sell in the next few years.   We figured the real estate market is what we know and like.  Any suggestions are always appreciated.  Thank you, Margie Cielinski
