Hi everyone,

I am a happily married father of two looking for buy-and-hold housing opportunities in the the East Stroudsburg, Stroudsburg, and Downtown Scranton areas in the under 700K range.  My 'day' job is in IT engineering.  I'm currently working with a few folks on creating a small RE investment group.  Since re-reading Rich Dad/ Poor Dad a few months back, I've been reading everything I can get my hands on, driving neighborhoods on a regular basis, etc. everyone here knows what I am talking about!!!  I've been a casual owner of investment properties for about 15 years but I was never a serious investor.  That has changed.  My goal is to add 15k (post-tax) per month of passive income.

Best regards,

Andre
