Hi everyone, I'm new to the BiggerPockets forums and just find this site priceless. I got into realestate investing back in 2012 when we decided to rent out our initial primary residence. Since then I have had such a positive experience with renting and tenants that I am currently looking to further invest into SFR's within the area.
