Hi Everyone! I'm Debra from Minnesota. My husband and I flipped 3 houses successfully about 20 years ago, and we are looking to get back into the real estate investment market. I'm skilled in sales, and he is an experienced self-employed carpenter, so we make a good team. The market is very different now, however, and we are looking for advice on finding the funds to get started again. Any help would be much appreciated!
