Hi All ~   Newbie here, as far as RE Investing goes!  Looking to learn, and meet people to invest with in my local community, my initial thoughts are to flip houses to make $$$.  But I'm certain others will convince me there are better avenues of building RE wealth streams, so I am anxious to hear from you all!
