Hello!  The Bigger Pockets podcast has long been a part of every road trip we take, but I'm just finally signing up for the website!  My husband and I are currently mostly 'buy and hold' investors as we have picked up a few homes around the country due to frequent job-related moves.  We also have a couple of purely investment properties that we shared with family members, and we are now working on subdividing a property into multiple lots.
