From Alexandria Virginia
Hello,
My name is Stacey I currently live in Alexandria VA. I am new to the real estate world. My father who passed left me with some money and I wanted to invest in real estate. I have one invested in one property and I could not be happier with my experience.

Welcome to BP Stacey from a fellow Alexandrian.
The advice I would give is pick a neighborhood or small area and focus on it. I focus on Alexandria (City and the portion in FFX County). I have found that when I visit properties in Springfield or Annandale, for example, I don't know those areas well and so I find it harder to analyze the deals.
Best of luck to you!
