Hi,

My name is Phil Belmont. I am brand new to this site. My interests are flipping or rehabbing homes full time. I am in the construction business now but am going to go full time into real estate investing in a couple of months. It has always been a dream of mine and at 56 I am going to attempt it. I bought and sold 5 homes but they are the ones we have lived in and remodeled for ourselves.  I hope to learn from all of you about areas I'm unfamiliar about, especially how to get started without a lot of funds to purchase with, other than a line of credit. I have quite a bit of equity in my current home but not sure if that is wise.

Thanks

@Brett Snodgrass thanks Brett. That is the first book I purchased and the one that goes along with it.

I'm currently reading it every night to glean from it.

Phillip
