Hi... I went to a NV Academy intro seminar and almost went to the 3 day boot camp, but from what I'm reading it looks like I have already made $1700 by not going. Anyway, I did become VERY interested in the wholesaling aspect and would like more info on how to go about it. They mentioned contacting bank REO managers, but I can get to the banks REO listings easily enough, the hard part is putting together the deal with an investing partner willing to buy the property at a few dollars more than I offer the bank for it. I decided if it was that easy, everyone would be doing it already, so decided to research it on line and here I am.

Any advice is appreciated.

Nuno
