I have completely rehabbed 3 Multifamily homes on my own. I plan on learning how to acquire larger apartment buildings. I don't know how to monetize my skill sets properly. I think helping out investors rehab properties in return for part ownership might be a way but I am not sure if that is what investors want or need. Anyways I am here to learn and want to thank everyone in advance for their help.
