I am starting my career as a real estate investor after over 4years of studying investor strategies and operations. I would like to help someone who has done a few deals. I'm trying to start off with wholesaling. I have a background in accounting and business management, so I like crunching numbers and coordinating projects. I'm currently an Assistant Director at a large community health center, but would like to transition to real estate investing full time within a year's time. I have my LLC set-up as well as software and call center services. I just need the capital(and some contract templates) to get this off the ground.
