Hello my names Austin Drach I'm 19.I just signed up for real estate classes to get my license in MO, But I actually live in IL 30 minutes from downtown St louis.I currently work for a couple landlords as a handyman with my father.I came here to hopefully learn more about investing and real estate in general.
