New Member looking to purchase first property (Philly Area)
Hi guys, I'm about a year and a half out of college and looking to purchase my first property. I'd like to take the classic house hacking approach to get my portfolio started. I was wondering if i should have a mortgage pre-approval before i start my search or is that unnecessary for the time being? My price range is between 60k-100K granted I can get approved for an FHA loan.
