New Member in Baltimore

Hello everyone, 

My name is Mark and I'm hoping to get started in "real investing" in the next few months.  I say real investing because I am already house hacking by renting a room in my house for the last year.  I am looking to pick up my 2nd property to buy and hold and should be in a position to do so financially before the end of this year.  If anyone operating in the Baltimore area has any great tips or any time for a newbie to bounce some questions/ideas off please reach out to me!
