Hello BiggerPockets!! Long time lurker first time poster on the site. First off I need to say thank you to every member on the forums! The wealth of knowledge on this site is just incredible and I must say that every hour I've spent reading on here was not wasted. My name is Tyler Walker I'm 25 years young and I grew up in small town rural Texas, within the next few weeks I will be moving to slightly bigger but still small town of Greenville Texas. I have no prior real estate investments but planning on changing that soon. My strategy for real estate right now will be wholesaling and flipping houses to use the profits for down payments on rental property's. Strategy is absolutely subject to change though as I believe adjusting is essential to success (what do I know though lol). I couldn't be more excited about joining BP and absolutely looking forward to networking and continuing learning from this great site.
