New Member from Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Hello:

My name is Adam. I am 26 currently living in Eau Claire Wisconsin. I am a young professional currently employed in the continuing education market. 3 years ago I purchased my first home/property, a duplex. I am currently owner occupying it and am just about living rent free. I have a traditional fixed rate 30 year mortgage on it (non FHA.)

At the present time I am just trying to perfect the property. I've gotten a lot of major repairs/upgrades out of the way so I feel very happy with that.

In the next year I'd like to purchase another multi unit property possibly with an FHA loan since I haven't used it on my first. I'd also like to consider a new career involved in or around real estate. (Maybe title insurance, mortgages, something just not sure.)

In my spare time I currently do a lot of buying/selling through eBay, craigslist, and amazon. I love working out and I love my dog. I am excited for the future and all I will learn from the community.
