Hi, everyone! My name is Matt D'Ariano, and I just graduated ~2 months ago from Villanova University with majors in both Marketing and English. While I'm still looking for a full-time job, I've already decided that I want to dedicate much of its income to real estate investing, specifically rental properties. I've read Brandon's "...Rental Property Investing," and am very excited to learn what I can about the best ways to evaluate properties here.

My current concerns are that my local area is quite pricey, to the extent that I am largely priced out of it. I worry about trying to scout/buy/manage a property that is in a distant location, especially as my first purchase, since I'd like to get some hands on experience in my 'beginner phase.'

During college I was very active in musical theatre, and my Goal with Real Estate is to obtain enough passive income that I can dedicate much of my time to writing original shows, and then having them produced.

Super excited to be a part of this community!

Matt
