Experienced wWholesaler in the NJ marketing that needs FREE help?

Hi everyone!

How are you? My name is Ann, and I am an New investor in the NJ area. My educational background is Finance, I worked in private banking for a while before pursing my passion and switching fields, and have been in marketing for over 5 years! 

I've had some experience in n the baltimore area but recently moved! I have done just about all the reading and learning I can do, although I know the learning never ends  I am ready to get in the field!

I wanted to offer up my services to anyone in the NJ area who may need extra hands on a deal or that would not mind me shadowing them and working on a deal together! I've done a pretty good job building my lists up but I think I have analysis paralysis! ha... If you have any tricks on getting over that  I would love to hear some as well!
