What's going on, Bigger Pockets Community?!  I am excited to join and continue learning about real estate investing.  A little about myself, I'm a USMC veteran - originally from Pittsburgh, PA and just relocated to Charlotte, NC.  I have one deal under my belt, which was a long term (4 year) reno/ flip project that I occupied while doing most of the rehab myself and rented the additional rooms out to a few buddies for cash flow.  Currently I am a sales professional, and my long term goals are to build a portfolio of multi family and buy and hold investments (doing some flips along the way) so that I can focus on RE full time at some point.  Looking forward to meeting new people, talking RE shop, and ultimately learning as much as possible about the industry.
