First Timer
Hello, I want to start by thanking anyone who helps me along my journey in advance. I am a first timer with little to no experience in real estate; however, I am a quick learner and I understand what I am looking for is long term.
I have essentially no idea where to begin. How much money do I need to start? Is it better to buy established good condition homes or to go foreclosures/fixer upper if my goal is rental investments? I'm not opposed to flipping, though and appreciate literally ALL advice that I am giftedfrom an experienced professional. I am going on 30 and my goal for retirement is 50. If I reach my goal, I will be ecstatic, but I feel it's possible with knowledge, direction, and diligence.
